Find the journey
Open Dashoo’s journey history or clip library and locate the date and approximate time. Use the preview before exporting so you do not choose the wrong file.
Protect it before exporting
Protect or lock the relevant journey first. Exporting a copy does not necessarily protect the original from loop recording.
Export a copy
Use the export or share action and select the destination available on your device. Depending on the phone, this may include Photos, Gallery, Files, email or another app.
Keep the original
Store an untouched copy separately if the footage may be needed later. Editing, trimming or converting a file can remove information that another person may need to inspect.
If export fails
- Check free storage on the phone.
- Close other demanding apps.
- Try a shorter clip first.
- Keep the phone powered during export.
- Contact support with the phone model and app version.
