Set it up before driving
Choose a stable mount, connect a charger and start recording before moving off. Never handle the phone while driving.
Know what to protect
Loop recording manages ordinary journeys. If something important happens, protect or lock the journey when it is safe, then review and export it later.
Practise first
Try a short drive and check the video, storage, GPS information and charging behaviour. Do not rely on any new setup until you know it works on your phone.
