Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your Dashoo account and all associated personal data. This page explains what data we hold, what gets deleted, and how to make a request.

Quick option: The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app - no waiting required.

Option 1: Delete In-App (Instant)

Open Settings

In the Dashoo app, tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll to Account

Scroll down to the App & Account section and tap Delete Account.

Confirm Deletion

Read the confirmation and tap Delete. Your account and cloud data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2: Request by Email

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, email us with your deletion request. We will process it within 30 days as required by GDPR/UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
